S M S Senaratne – Chief Executive Officer 

A highly skilled and results-driven professional with extensive experience managing portfolios of large conglomerates across multiple industries, including agriculture, FMCG, plantations (tea, rubber, palm oil, cash crops, cinnamon, pepper, etc.), power, and education in Sri Lanka.

Backed by strong academic credentials—including B.Sc. (Agri. Eng.), Diploma in Plantation Management, a Diploma in Organizational Behavior & HR Management (American College of Colombo), a Higher Diploma in HRM (IPM Sri Lanka), and an MBA from Sikkim University of India—this individual blends practical expertise with academic excellence to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

With a proven track record in tea agronomy, machinery fabrication, and cash crop management, they have successfully led factory operations, brand finance and marketing, rubber (centrifuge and crepe), palm oil production, and coco peat manufacturing. Their diverse industry experience extends to managing 3- and 4-star hotels and educational institutions, with a strong focus on finance and management (TAX / IFRS / Costing / Budgeting).

A strategic leader with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, they have overseen transactions valued between 3.5 and 6.5 billion, demonstrating a keen ability to navigate complex business environments. With strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, they excel at driving innovation, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable business growth while maintaining a deep understanding of legal frameworks and industry trends.
